Each VoicePro Dialer System comes with excellent documentation so the amount of technical support you will need to get up and running should be limited. However if you do run in to any difficulties along the way we include 30 Days of Free unlimited telephone tech support and 3 year unlimited internet support through our website or via email.
For Phone Technical Support by the hour- our normal charge is $50.00/hour. Our staff is available M-F 9 am to 5 pm CST. Please understand our main concern is to get you up and running and keep you satisfied. We will honor any reasonable request to achieve this.
