Getting started
Once you order
a VoicePro Dialer System there are
still some steps you will have to take to become operational.
1)
Order additional phone lines – If you don’t have an adequate
number of lines already to
run your outgoing messages you will need to call your local telephone
company and order them. You
must also decide if you intend to run the system as a predictive dialer
are switch calls to a live agent. If so you will need to add three way
calling on each line you intend to switch from. The switch to the live
agent is possible only with the three way calling feature.
I recommend that you order at least one extra line for your dialer.
Some states require that outgoing lines for automated dialers be incoming
lines for periods of times also. By switching the open line from port to
port you comply to this rule. (check your state laws)
2)
Determine what message you wish to broadcast. And right down as
much information about that message as you can. Send that information to
us so we can get started developing your scripted broadcast message. This
will take some back and forth of
ideas to polish the final script.
3)
Determine which zip codes and area code you want to target and fax
or email that info to us so we can start loading the lists into your
computer. If you wish to
purchase any additional zip codes are area codes please notify us at this
time.
4)
Determine who will be operating the machine for you. Yes the
machine is an automated dialer but you will have to program it and
schedule lists to call and scripts to broadcast. You will also need to
retrieve the prospective leads on a regular routine.
5)
Contact us immediately when you receive the VoicePro
Dialer. We will go grow a
quick checklist with you before you get started and then let you on your
way. Unless of course you have any questions before you get started.
6)
Make sure you have an adequate staff on board to handle the
increased business. Depending
on what product you are marketing you
may need to add sales reps, installers , etc.
7)
